—Identity & Illustration

A festival of slow movement and close observation of flora and fauna. Where people come together to listen to nature’s operating instructions, see the architecture they’re built on and feel their structural integrity.

Ocular Font Family
—Micro/Regular/Bold/Italic

Featuring Ocular Micro-Scopic (Micro), Ocular Standard Optics (Regular), Ocular Aslant Granule (Italic), Ocular Large Molecule (Xbold). Derived from the Dutch fonts’ distinctive optical precision and balance with carefully considered relationship between letterforms, spacing, and proportions, Ocular prioritizes legibility and readability while maintaining a sense of elegance and aesthetics.

Mapping Migraines
—Data Visualisation

The visualization captures the scale and velocity of my experiences with migraine in the past year which has not only been painful but also, debilitating. The imagery diagrams the overwhelming light sensitivity, cacophony of sounds, blurred vision, and the numbing brain fog that underlies the acute sensory overload that comes with a migraine.

—Thesis Book

The thesis project has been a journey through explorations and discovery. I began with distilling symptoms into symbols and iconography. These illustrations expanded into 3D-4D motion and still renders. My inquiries led to the design of a micro font family intended to imitate acts of deception our vision is capable of. I concluded by investigating the materiality of symptoms to highlight visceral details.

—Graduate Thesis

This thesis explores visual analogies of optical disturbances. It attempts to translate bodily experiences and symptoms of ocular migraines into visual forms in order to describe sensations. The explorative visuals act as field guides toward understanding and sharing various disturbances.

BIRA91
—Designing India’s First Craft Beer

Bira 91 is a global beer brand with a focuson beers full of flavor, with bold and playful packaging. We aspired for Bira 91 to be an integral part of a tech-immersed, creative, urban, diverse and modern world of the 21st century—not a relic of the past. Its origins and story deeply rooted in today’s world—a world that is culturally diverse and technologized, urban and is combining global influences. A world in which the lines between work and fun are blurred. A world that is more colorful and flavorful than the world of the past.

Seconds of Something
—MoMA Exhibition Re-Design

Phoebe Washburn’s Art—‘Seconds of Something’ uses recycled materials found on local loading docks and in alleyways, to create post-Minimalist constructions that appear as swells of urban refuse. In each of her installations, Washburn paints scavenged wood, cardboard, or newspaper in institutional pastels and subsequently cements it all together to form a sedimentation of layered detritus.

—Re-Brand

Zilingo is a platform for ‘creative fashion’ that enables users to explore the endless styles on offer, mix them up in new & unexpected ways, and create their own unique style that is #alwaystrending. It supports small local businesses and vendors by placing them on their platform as well as break the chain of multinationals with a sustainable approach.
